Rotate and Perspective not saving adjustment

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones

Describe the bug

I'm using latest nightly release Darktable nightly build 20260330. I'm using Kubuntu 2510. If you adjust using any means in the module Rotate & Perspective it does not save the result.

Steps to reproduce

Select module Rotation & Perspective
Straighten horizon
Click on header to save new setting
Reverts back to original image with no correction

Expected behavior

Save the new rotation adjustment

Forgot to add that if you adjust the horizon with clicking right mouse button and drawing a line then this works in this and other modules

Can't reproduce on 5.5.0-814 on Ubuntu

I also couldn't reproduce on 5.5.0+888, but I discovered some funky UI thing going on within this rotation bar when rotating via right-mouse-click and drawing a line in succession:
