Add placeholder files support

Possible implementation:

• Create another folder for placeholder files in addition to the offline file cache
• Adapt the sync engine to also sync this placeholders' folder but instead only create files with meta attributes but without contents
• Display placeholder files in offline mode and return Access denied error when accessing them in offline mode
