VK Swapchain creation fails on Hyprland (Arch, Wayland)

Swapchain throws runtime error while trying to open the project on Linux with Hyprland

we can't ever fix it unless you debug it
no one else used tiling

At the very least provide

• Logs
• Stack trace
• System configuration
• Hardware configuration
• Driver info

The issue seems to stem from this if in SwapchainInfo::getExtent(), removing it allows the startup to progress. It's obvious that this logic is incorrect but i can't tell what was intended by it. More work is needed.
