Allow order folder names by other criteria

In DMS one cannot declare a folder to be in the first positions of the structure due to the folder names that includes [foder name, issue name, etc] See picture attached.
It would be very useful to be able to be able to order differently and to display in the first position declared folders instead the above ones.
