GUI design with Tkinter, this entry form stores the data in a CSV file and also captures each patient signature with pillow!
Data is divided in separate CSV files according to year-month. Google sheets is also included to fill automatically a monthly claim.
Finally, there's also a EXE onefile that runs the whole app.
