Describe the bug

Describe the bug you encountered. What happened? What did you expect to happen?

In the Editor Submission Controls for a submission, where it shows the assigned reviewer list, it currently picks a random review (or maybe only shows the first?), but it needs to show the most recent review.

To Reproduce

Please describe the exact steps required to reproduce the bug.

  1. Login as a journal editor to a journal with a submission.
  2. Assign yourself as a reviewer to the submission.
  3. Add a review. Confirm the review symbol shows next to your name in the Assigned Reviewer list.
  4. Add another review with a different recommendation.
