Conda store

• add FAQ section to dandi docs on creating python environments
  • follow up on yarik's example in chat from a few weeks ago on adding a layer on top of base images

User storage

• home directory storage review and profiling using graphana/prometheus #277

MISC

• Document how to enable other JH profile options for specific keycloak groups
• Document how to enable JH profiles for workshops
• review and update image building for dandi (or remove dandi images altogether)
• Add LINC on-demand profile

blocked, needs specifics, what instances/reserved resources? (ie m5.4xlarge,m6a.4xlarge, 16 cores, 64 GiB )

didn't we just implement this for linc-on-demand? that's good enough for now as a initial piece. we should document how we adjust these resources for future workshops or groups.
