Opening app second time & update ip address

Hello
-Is it possible when run app second time open the app in new interface instead open chrome browser or make it optional to display opned interface
-other things is it possible update ip address in listen-on setting.json with local ip address before run the app it's helpful to access to app from local network but sometime ip address changed by DHCP

It seems a viable solution to both of these issues would be to create a custom launch script.

Regarding instances there is only "single_instance_guid" option: https://github.com/cztomczak/phpdesktop/wiki/Settings#single_instance_guid
