Support WebKit in Test Replay

Today, Test Replay only has support for Chromium based browser. This issue is meant to track interest in having Test Replay support in WebKit browsers.

Guides > Launching Browsers > WebKit (Experimental) says:

Install the playwright-webkit NPM package in your repo to acquire WebKit itself: npm install --save-dev playwright-webkit@1.34.

The current release of playwright is however much higher: v1.41.2 so before Test Replay supports WebKit, there should probably be a task to ensure that current releases of WebKit can be supported in general by Cypress.

We rely heavily on test play in Cypress cloud and given a good portion of our users are Safari, it'd be great if we could make use of test replay and Webkit.
