Unexpected behavior when logging in on same phone with multiple accounts

Ex. a user has already onboarded but since onboardingCompleted is saved in UserDefaults and not on backend, we get inconsistent behavior. Same for when logging into phone with multiple accounts, onboarding might get omitted
