Android tablet trouble

Fix problem that had my Android tablet in weird "split screen" mode.

Yesterday evening, before the tournament started, my Android tablet got into a weird state. I have not yet been successful getting a screenshot on that tablet, so I only have my memory of what it looked like and I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure that both the login form and the chat text field were present. I think that the other elements from a successful login were there, too, like the upcoming game. IIRC, I was able to use the displaced results menu to get the Leaderboard.

With the game approaching, I killed mb2, logged in again and everything was fine as I played, but after I bust, something happened (I don't remember what) and I wound up having to log in again and then when I tried to watch the table as a spectator I got a weird window that was a mix of the lobby and the table I was observing. Some of the table was shifted down and I'm not sure all the elements were being displayed.

My guess is this is related to my credentials code (#1769, #1780, #1784) and that it's a regression. I'm hoping that the issue with observing a table is reproducible. If it is, I'll add the "easy" label. Normally, a bug this bad would be "high priority", but I'm currently the only one using Tauri builds and I need to get a new status report out.

I wasn't able to reproduce this. I tried logging dh2 and dh3 onto craftpoker.com and starting a 2 person test game. I then went to the tablet, logged in again due to the session having expired, then I was able to observe as expected. I then joined and was able to play. No surprises.

One thing that my initial description didn't mention is that I don't think there was a gap between the return to lobby up-arrow button and the close button yesterday evening. Normally there's a little separation to make it easy to choose the button. That gap was back to normal when I just tried my tablet.

FWIW, I played this evening's tournament without incident. The tournament isn't over, but I'm continuing as an observer fine.

This happened tonight on my iPhone. It's a matter of a table window redirecting to the login window after a restart. This will happen, I believe, if a url is no longer valid. I think we bring up an error message or something and then redirect to the login page.

I took some screenshots on my phone, but I don't think I'll even need to refer to them in order to reproduce this. The solution is simple. We need to remove the relevant page from Pages and make sure the Navigator is pointed to the login page.
