[BUG] Polygot incompatibility with Discord Output

Howdy! After some testing, I've found that there is an incompatibility between Tabbed Chatlog's Discord webhook stuff and Polygot. (Does not matter if it's IC or OOC chat tabs)

Expected functionality: Outputs information in IC or OOC to respective discord webhooks.
Current functionality: Nothing outputs to Discord, and errors appears in console.

First picture is posting as the Gamemaster in either IC or OOC

Second picture is posting as a token in either IC or OOC
