Feature suggestion: "Hide non-highlighted items" option

I think it'd be helpful to add a checkbox, next to the green Float sort button, that allows you to toggle the visibility of items that don't match any highlight filter. This would make it much easier to quickly spot items of interest when looking through 100-item pages
