Cannot stitch well

After following the README instruction, I got the stitched result as below. As you can see the stitch is only correct in few middle slices. Is there any hyperparameter that can be tuned?

This isn't normal, and I can reproduce the issue. I'll investigate further.

I've increased the overlap in the syntactic data, which should improve performance.
