Fix the incorrect requirements.txt to be able to run the model scripts properly and produce a .mlpackage

• Works on my machine, but does not work on Ryan's.
• Ryan was not able to install Mac-specific versions of TensorFlow that allowed for the acceleration of training on Apple Silicon.
