CS50P Week 2 Pset Vanity Plates - Check50 doesn't check for 0 being the first and only number #386

Dear CS50 staff,
I would like to, respectfully, report an issue I have found with check50 in the problem set Vanity Plate from CS50P week 2: it does not check for 0 being the first and only number in a plate, which can be seen in plates "ABCD0". Hence, it allows users to submit files that either check or not this specific case.
That be seen in these screenshots, which are using these two versions of my code.
In my understanding, this is an issue and I think plates with this condition should be considered invalid. Since this problem set stems from Massachusetts vanity plate request conditions (even though it, reasonably, does not include all of them), I asked their virtual assistant about this topic, which confirmed my point. That can be seen in these screenshots.
I hope I have made myself clear and objective, and that this helps in someway improve even more this wonderful course.
