Doc: There is default inheritance on global profile

it says ->

There is no default inheritance. If inherit is not set, no inheritance applies

But isn't there a default inheritance on 'global' profile?

global is not a profile: it's only for setting some default values globally.
But you can't set default profile values in it, not in the same way you could do with a fully inherited profile (not sure if I'm very clear on the explanation?)

yes, i understand now. This becomes more clear in v2 config format where profiles are under [profile] section.
