More share properties

Description

Thanks a lot for maintaining the Docker image first of all. The only missing piece for me is a way to specify the following share options:

• store dos attributes
• create mask
• directory mask

What do you think about allowing a user to configure a share to have the above properties? It'd be even better if a user is allowed to add an arbitrary property to a share, so we don't have to add support for each property.

Because I have only one share, I can specify the aforementioned properties in the global section in config.yml as a workaround:

global:
  - 'force create mode = 0644'
  - 'force directory mode = 0755'
  - 'create mask = 0644'
  - 'directory mask = 0755'
  - 'store dos attributes = no'
