Link to the relevant crackme in notifications

Currently the notifications refer to the crackmes by name. Giving a direct link on top of that would be a nice quality of life feature. Bonus points if the notifications regarding comments would link to the comments of that crackme and notifications regarding solutions would take to the solutions and so on.
