Currently, all notifications redirect to the mobile app. It would be cool to:

Direct all notification related to Files to the app (even better, to the folder concerned by the notification if possible, I don't remember if that's part of the notification content)
Direct all other notifications to the smartphone's default browser opened on the corresponding app in the user's Cozy instance
