Be able to "Qualify" a folder

I would like to be able to qualify a folder (salary/ip_card/etc) and make all the files in it inherite from this qualification.

Usecase

I fetch manually my salaries and put them inside a folder each month. If I want to have the correct qualification I need to do an extra step each time and it would be very easy to forget it. This would lead to an incomplete list inside the app "Mes Parpiers" .
