Time-dependent response #372
Description
It's likely that radiation damage will significantly decrease our energy resolution on orbit. While some effects might be mitigated by using event-by-event corrections at a lower level, if the ramaining effect is still large, we'll have to introduce time depence in the response.
Whether we need this or not will depend on the details of each analysis. It's likely that we won't need this extra complication in most cases. However, the interfaces (see PR #369) should allow for time dependence.
