alert user when weight logged is outside a reasonable range

When a weight is logged that is less than half or more than double yesterday's weight, or outside the range 5-50g (https://www.jax.org/jax-mice-and-services/strain-data-sheet-pages/body-weight-chart-000664), send an email to the user to ensure this is corrected.
