Zygosities and filter

Zygosity column doesn't seem to be working for some lines. For eg. under subject view, for RCL.Cg line, I have filled the genotype info, but the zygosity column hasn't autofilled.

Also for this line, sort by 'all positive' doesn't work either, as there are definitely positive animals there and they don't show up.

Charu, to clarify you mean the line "RCLcg" not "RCL.Vg", is that right? Sorry when you asked me about this the other day I thought you meant RCL.Vg, which is working. RCLcg just hasn't had a rule set yet. I will make a PR with this rule implemented, we'll see whether it works...

Yes, I mean RCL.cg which is the congenic line. I also face the same problem with RCLcg x Vg. Thanks, Charu.
