activation error: exit status 1: 'D:\software\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command

把1.2.2版本安装到一个目录中带有空格的目录时（D:\software\Program files\nvm），在安装node版本后，使用时会报错：activation error: exit status 1: 'D:\software\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

解决方法：只能安装到没有空格的目录，记得旧版好像没有这个问题。
