Exactly, I can't use a Chinese input method to type Chinese characters in the chat box, but I can use it in the IDEA editor. I think it's an IBus-type input method.

Hmm, can you try disabling off screen rendering in the IDE settings for Continue? We had this issue in the past but I thought it had been resolved.
