Local embedding ollama model stuck on initializing

Description

I was trying out Continue 1.0.22 and found that the embedding model appears to be stuck on 'Initializing...' within the user settings, Indexing tab (gear icon).

In Continue 1.0.21 this isn't a problem and the Index completes.

After updating to the latest pre-release version 1.1.45, this issue still persists. Please fix it as soon as possible. Additionally, switching back to the stable version 1.0.11 works normally. Could it be that some commits during this interval affected the functionality?
