Display MCP logs in the Continue Console

• I believe this is a way to improve. I'll try to join the Continue Discord for questions
• I'm not able to find an open issue that requests the same enhancement

Problem

Currently it is a bit difficult to debug MCP servers that aren't working correctly.

This is very similar to the problem of debugging LLMs, which was solved with the Continue Console.

Solution

I think it would be a good idea to also log MCP requests and responses
