Prtable mode

I use VSCode in portable mode because I develop software in several different places and I want to keep the plugin configuration on my USB drive. Since I can't save the configuration in the VSCode workspace folder, every time I switch computers I have to reconfigure the extension, slowing down my workflow and often making it impossible to work outside the office.
VSCode has the ability to redirect certain folders, but it doesn't work with this plugin.
