List of storage vendors (SPs) and corporate end-users

As vendors start adopting CSI, it would be very useful to the community to list them, either here or on the community repo. They could be broken down into:

• Certified
• Implemented
• Planning to Support

It would also be nice to list yourself as an end-user corporate entity and optionally provide which CO / SP combination(s) you're using.

I would be +1 on simply list all vendors and their supported CSI versions.

There is no certification criteria yet, which we'll be look into in the future.
