Feature request: rating and communication notification to users

1. As it's possible for Admin to upload users ratings, it could be nice for users to check them anytime. Maybe creating a specific "rating page" for them, accessible clicking a button
2. It could be nice, for the users, to have a notification system for every step of the application, like "new communication", "exclusions", "convocations", "ratings", (anything added from the Admin), in addition to the email system. It can be displayed as "pill badges" in every application (like the proposal image) or added to the already present "Notices" red button.
3. The "print application" dropdown menu could make confusion for the title. It could be replaced by icons
