JDBC connector is not open source

https://kafka-tutorials.confluent.io/connect-add-key-to-source/kafka.html and https://kafka-tutorials.confluent.io/connect-add-key-to-source/kstreams.html describe the JDBC connector as `open source`, but it's Confluent Community Licence which is not open source. We can call it "source available".
