Identify pre-requisite tools required to run each KT

Pre-reqs are identified in the README to build tutorials, but not identified on the KT website to run tutorials

• Gradle
• Docker-compose
• Java

etc.

We use jq in a few tutorials

Potentially we can opt out of installed Gradle. We need it to generate a wrapper. It's one time job, and wrapper would do the rest.

Since we're using docker as a prerequisite, What about this?
