[ENH] - support discovering plugins #1022
Description
Feature description
Currently conda-store has implemented a plugin system, however, it only loading plugins that are already built into conda-store. In order to allow users to leverage plugins to extend the functionality of conda-store for their installation, conda-store should be able to discover plugins and load them so they are usable.
