Integration Testing: Validate rattler-build artifacts

This is a follow-up task to #228.

I believe Wolf and his team are developing a tool to validate the output of rattler-build artifacts.

If this is not the case, we will have to come up with our own validation tool.

In either case, we should run these validation checks as part of the full-build integration tests developed in #228
