Deluge will not restart or shutdown. Proxmox reports it cannot obtain a lock
trying to acquire lock...
TASK ERROR: can't lock file '/run/lock/lxc/pve-config-113.lock' - got timeout

Same when the reboot command is run from LXC shell. Cannot run Stop command either.

Need to reboot entire proxmox node.

install deluge
boot
issue a reboot/shutdown/stop command from Proxmox webUI or reboot command in LXC shell.

Console shows blank screen.

Eventually proxmox reports:
trying to acquire lock...
TASK ERROR: can't lock file '/run/lock/lxc/pve-config-113.lock' - got timeout

Container still online, but deluge service stopped and no shell available (blank)
