Provide a way to revert the original z.enum behavior – print received value

There are a few issues that were opened about this:

• v4: z.enum() error does not contain the recieved info #4109
• Zod 4 enum error messages omitting "received X" part #4339

But the current design has basically made z.enum unusable. There is no easy to debug/log meaningful errors in Sentry.

The proposed workaround only allows to set Error reporting per specific enum, e.g. #4339 (comment). This would require updating the entire codebase to use custom reporter.

My feature request is to add a global option that would allow to configure whether to include received value in the errors.
