[improvement request] Dark theme: code blocks, code inline, bold and italic

The pink used for bold and italic text is too vibrant. → just a bit darker
The background of code blocks needs to be more visible. → slightly brighter
Code block comments require improved readability, as the current grey color is too subdued. → brighter & green
The background for inline code blocks, also needs to be more visible. → brighter & slightly blue

Otherwise, I really like this theme; it's the only one I find usable.
