Consolidation release following the feature-heavy 1.2.0. Fixes six real bugs in file handling, config loading, and path resolution (including Windows double-separator issues). Refactors the replacer architecture to reduce technical debt accumulated from adding three new replacer types in 1.2.0 — addressing duplicated code, hard-coded instantiation, and type-switch dispatching that hinder testability and maintainability. Ships the highest-value developer experience improvements: automatic call-site updating in project code, a dry-run preview mode, sensible configuration defaults to reduce required setup, output verbosity levels for debugging, and support for the COMPOSER environment variable.
