How should we provide resumes of events like ninjas promotions?

In the road map, there's a point with 'Send a resume of the day to admins only channel'.

There's a discord server template that mimics the real CoderDojo Braga Discord Server. In that template, there are some channels only accessible to admins that we could send an end of the day resume.

This brings some challenges like keeping a log of all day events and the bot stops being statless which is not desirable.
