IDEA: select position of a face, install smartcrop

The photo should ideally be square, if it's not it might make sense to select position of the face, is there an easy way to do it? A plugin (possibly with a GUI)
Option one, select square positon: top, left, right, bottom
Option two, enter coordinates of face.
This will be used to create square thumbnails.

SmartCrop was quite easy to implement.
However I do want some face/head cropping

Idea to consider: Send face coordinates + width, height in JSON response.
