Build a python based web application to chat with Azure AI Foundry leveraging the Azure Function MCP tool

For this, I need a web application written in python that is able to have a chat interface that leverages Azure AI Foundry to do chats against, and uses the MCP function endpoint that is deployed.  

The application should be able to then render the chat conversation response.  The application should also be connected to Application Insights for application telemetry.
