Cascadeable opacity and color

As it is now, children with cascade disabled, does not update with parent.
I think it makes sense that children no matter their cascade setting, gets updated when the parent has cascade enabled.

Just checked and I still don't see it working with CCLayoutBox with CCButons as children...

If you pull the entire repo, I added a fade test to the CCLayoutTest, where I add a CCButton, in stead of a sprite. It fades as expected, when I run a fade action on the CCLayoutBox

Sorry my mistake. I thought about cascading color. So right now, if you enable cascade color on CCLayoutBox and change its color before you add buttons, it doesn't work. But if you change the color after buttons are added, then it works. I think than in time of adding the children they should inherit color if cascading is enabled

Maybe the color cascade features should just be replaced with methods that set the color recursively. It seems like there would be a lot less state and confusion involved.

Would probably make the interface easier to understand. Only thing would be, that you would have to use tween actions to then fade all children of a node.
