One node of a 3 node cockroachDB cluster is constantly pegged at 90% CPU

Hi All,

We have a 3 node CockroachDB cluster running v21.2.4 on AWS Centos8.
Currently there is no activity on the cluster and yet one node is consistently pegged at 90% CPU since last 1 day.
The nodes are equally balanced and donot show any under-replicated or unavailable ranges.
The node in question shows different logs than the other 2 nodes, which I have reproduced below.

Any ideas, what is going on. Thank you for your assistance.
