It is good practice under the FAIR Data Principles to use a persistent identifier.

The documentation currently states that the schemas are published under https://w3id.org/co-cddo/uk-cross-government-metadata-exchange-model. This is not true and should be fixed.

Is w3id.org an appropriate choice for the UK Cross-Government model?
