Cuando un operador genera nuevos turnos para un profesional:

Verificar que el mismo profesional no tenga otro turno.
- Si hay superposicion avisarle al operador para que confirme si desea hacerlo de todas formas.

Pensar nuevas propuestas para nuevos issues que contemplen la complejidad para resolver estos casos
