[Task](heureka): Add missing information to Services page

Task Description
The purpose of this task is to add missing information in the UI to make it MVP ready.

Sub-tasks

• Display issues count per severity level for each service in each row
• Display issues count for all services above the table
• Add a column for show details button for each service
• Make the column header always visible, even when scrolling down the page
• Add initialFilter of support-group= to the services list view
• Adjust the search box placeholder to "search term for service name"
• Remove "Target Remediation" column, as the data is not available for a service on API
