How to generate URL to query using metadata?

Hi, we are working on a project where we are tagging images using metadata. I was wondering if this project had the capability of generating a query to pull images using these metadata fields. I've seen the Expressions class but I couldn't figure out how it was supposed to work with the existing documentation.
