What would you like to be added
Support for VMware Tanzu Operations Manager 3.0

Why is this needed:
We'd like to update to Tanzu Operations Manager 3.0, in order to fix other issues, and need to make sure, the nozzle still works correctly.

Additional context
Currently only versions up to 2.10 seem to be tested as stated here: https://network.pivotal.io/products/splunk-nozzle
