Upgrade / Remove composer.lock

Current guzzle package locked for version 6.5.2.
Please update/remove composer.lock file.
Unable to install package for latest version of laravel framework.

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires cloudflare/sdk * -> satisfiable by cloudflare/sdk[0.9.1, 1.0.0, ..., 1.4.0].
    - cloudflare/sdk[0.9.1, 1.0.0, ..., 1.1.6] require guzzlehttp/guzzle ^6.2.2 -> found guzzlehttp/guzzle[6.2.2, ..., 6.5.8] but the package is fixed to 7.9.2 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
    - cloudflare/sdk[1.1.7, ..., 1.4.0] require psr/http-message ~1.0 -> found psr/http-message[1.0, 1.0.1, 1.1] but the package is fixed to 2.0 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
